Over March 14-20, new sunspot groups emerged every day except March
19. March 18 had two, and each of the other days saw one new sunspot
group.

It is now Spring in the Northern Hemisphere which is favorable to HF
conditions, and solar and geomagnetic numbers both show improvement.

Average daily sunspot numbers rose from 82.3 to 94.3, and average
daily solar flux jumped from 130.4 to 153.3.

  Roma, 20 mar. (Adnkronos) - Il Consiglio dei ministri ha approvato in via definitiva il decreto legislativo che riforma il Codice delle comunicazioni elettroniche. Lo rende noto Palazzo Chigi nella nota diramata post Cdm.
disposizioni correttive al decreto legislativo 8 novembre 2021, n. 207, di attuazione della direttiva (UE) 2018/1972 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio dell'11 dicembre 2018, che modifica il decreto legislativo 1° agosto 2003, n. 259, recante il Codice delle comunicazioni elettroniche (decreto legislativo – esame definitivo) (Affari europei, Sud, politiche di coesione e PNRR; Imprese e Made in Italy)Comunicato stampa.

Siamo orgogliosi del contribuito fornito alla comunità radioamatoriale per questa lungamente attesa revisione del Codice delle Comunicazioni. È stato un lavoro protrattosi per diversi mesi, nel corso del quale ARI ha sottoposto relazioni e suggerimenti per un semplificato ammodernamento dell’impianto normativo.

7-13, and one more on March 14.

The first group emerged on March 7, two more appeared on March 12,

Until March 6, new sunspot groups emerged daily over the past
reporting week, February 29 through March 6.

One new sunspot group appeared every day on February 29 through
March 3, then two new groups on March 4 and another on March 5.
