Clipperton 2024

Il Perseverance DX Group (PDXG) organizza una spedizione DX a Clipperton (IOTA NA-011), attualmente al 37mo posto nella classifica generale dei Most Wanted generata da Clublog (26mo posto per l’Europa). Il Team comprende il nostro Francesco (IK0FVC) e sarà attivo come TX5S dai 160 ai 6 metri in SSB, CW, RTTY, FT8, più 6m EME e Satelliti. La partenza da San Diego, California è prevista per l’11 gennaio con arrivo a Clipperton dopo 6 giorni di navigazione durante i quali saranno on air con il nominativo N6WM/MM. Le operazioni dall’isola dovrebbero protrarsi per 16 giorni.

Only four new sunspot groups emerged over the past week, one on
December 28, another on December 31, and two more on January 2 and
3.

Solar indices sank. The average daily sunspot number declined from
114.4 to 63.4, and average daily solar flux from 172.6 to 141.9.

Average daily planetary A index rose from 8.4 to 6.7 and middle
latitude numbers from 4 to 5.1.
