Six new sunspot groups emerged over this reporting week (November 30
to December 6).

Last week, using the previous week's Propagation Forecast bulletin
as a template, the averages were not updated, although all the
correct data was there.

So instead of average daily sunspot number of 83.3, it was actually
165.9, which this week dropped to 121.1.

La Conferenza mondiale delle radiocomunicazioni (WRC) dell'Unione internazionale delle Telecomunicazioni (ITU) è iniziata il 20 novembre e proseguirà fino al 15 dicembre 2023 a Dubai, negli Emirati Arabi Uniti, con lo scopo di rivedere le questioni relative allo spettro relative ai regolamenti radiofonici internazionali. Le WRC si tengono ogni tre o quattro anni e includono le assegnazioni dei servizi satellitari amatoriali e amatoriali.

L'ordine del giorno dei punti in agenda per questo WRC è stato stabilito al termine dell'ultima conferenza nel 2019. Bandwidth Limits Replace Symbol Rates on the HF Bands, Other Bands Open for Comment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) published new rules adopted last month that replace the symbol rate restrictions on the HF bands with a bandwidth limit of 2.8 kHz. The new rules go into effect January 8, 2024.
