Cari Soci, siamo giunti a metà del mandato di questo Consiglio Direttivo. Questo è un momento importante per riflettere sui progressi che abbiamo fatto finora e per pianificare le azioni future. In questo primo anno e mezzo, abbiamo messo mano a diversi progetti e lavorato per raggiungere quegli obiettivi che ci eravamo prefissati prima di presentarci al Corpo Sociale. Desideriamo ringraziarvi per il vostro sostegno e la vostra partecipazione attiva che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere insieme alcuni traguardi che sembravano impossibili solo pochi mesi fa.
Crediamo che, grazie ad un gruppo che sta lavorando in piena armonia e con uno spirito di collaborazione, in questo breve periodo si sia riusciti a realizzare numerosi obiettivi che giacevano sulla lista delle priorità dell'ARI da anni.

Seven new sunspot groups appeared over the past week, February 8-14,
two on February 8, three on February 10, and two more on February 13
and 14.
Then on February 15 three more sunspots emerged.
Now this is a personal opinion, but from recent numbers I suspect
that we may at the peak of Solar Cycle 25 or just prior to the peak.
We won't know when the actual peak occurred until six months after.
